Lock Box Account
Perfect for the business that receives customer payments on a regular basis. We provide the mailing address for your accounts receivable, we receive the payments, make the direct deposit to your designated account, and provide a report of all receipts and deposits.
Automated Loan Sweep
Want to keep borrowing costs down but never have to worry about being overdrawn? This product may be right for you. Each day our computers check your account balance and make a loan payment or advance depending upon the parameters you provide.
Merchant Remote Deposit
Process deposits from your office PC with connection to a scanner and web-based processing program. Files are processed by your company representatives and uploaded to a secure server where bank personnel retrieve and review the files before exporting them for processing. Charges assessed include the cost of the scanner, a one-time set-up fee, and a monthly merchant fee per location.
ACH Payroll Origination
Process payroll in your office or by your accountant and use us to get the file into the ACH network for quick and easy payroll distribution to your employees. You or your accountant must be able to produce a properly formatted NACHA file for submission to the bank. Charges assessed include the cost of software to produce the file, a one-time set-up fee, and a processing fee for each file sent.
Merchant Credit/Debit Card Processing
Merchant card processing is available through a referral process with a preferred vendor. All pricing is established by the vendor.
Commercial Credit Cards
If you need credit cards for your business, we can hook you up. The cards are issued by Bankers Bank of Wichita. Ask a Customer Account Representative for an application and details.
Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are ideal for business that seek to send immediately available funds quickly for a purchase or other business need. Built-in safeguards, such as personal identification number (PIN) code and callback confirmation, ensure the accurate, safe and confidential transfer of funds. Customers can initiate a wire transfer request by completing an imputable form and faxing or via a secure email to the bank.
Safe Deposit Boxes
$25 fee per key not returned upon the surrender of the box. $20 late fee applied after 90 days past due. Box drilling is at customer's expense.
